Coal mining ...a forgotten industry.

Coal mining was once synonymous with the Welsh valleys but is now forgotten. This is the remnants of the Deep Navigation Colliery at Crumlin, near Blackwood.
The site is due for regeneration.
Or in other words, the land is worth £17 million if you can build housing on it but in the current financial climate not this year or next!
